The pinnacle of bowhunting specific content, Peterson’s Bowhunting is is the premier resource for those wielding the stick and string. There is an occasional turkey or elk special published but the majority of the information between the covers is all about deer and how to become a better bowhunter. They discuss archery equipment, how to overcome challenges in the field, and keep you up to date with the latest gear and strategies.
Outdoor Life
Similar to Field & Stream, Outdoor Life brings a bit of everything to the table. It feeds a bowhunter’s adventure side and lets him (or her) experience some of the other aspects of the wilderness that we are sometimes too blinded by our passion to see. Outdoor Life offers top-notch photography and helps you become the ultimate woodsman. Don’t be fooled though…the deer hunting content is as good as the rest.
